Iowa Anesthesia, L.C. is a growing, community-focused, CRNA-only practice providing high-quality anesthesia services to rural hospitals and clinics throughout Northeast Iowa. Based in Manchester, Iowa, we partner closely with our client facilities to deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care tailored to each community’s needs.

We are currently seeking a full-time CRNA to join our experienced and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates who are looking for autonomy, professional variety, and a strong work–life balance in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time CRNA position based in Manchester, Iowa
  • Coverage includes 24-hour, on-call coverage for emergency surgery, obstetrics, and scheduled day surgery
  • Willingness to travel to nearby clinical sites is required
  • Comfortable working with SRNAs and participating in a teaching environment
  • Regional anesthesia experience preferred; training available for motivated learners

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Certified and credentialed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Master’s degree, and two years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
