Health Enterprises Pharmacy Services (HEPS) is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 340B Program Compliance Analyst to join our expanding team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work from home and includes a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive 340B Program compliance audits for our client hospitals, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Audit patient records in EHR to verify all 340B transactions meet 340B eligibility requirements.
  • Generate and analyze data from 340B TPA software as part of the audit process.
  • Review clients 340B policy and procedures to ensure client is able to meet all requirements of the 340B program.
  • Prepare a detailed audit report on audit findings for clients.
  • Present audit findings and documented audit report to clients via video conferencing.
  • Answer all 340B related questions from clients as needed.
  • Assist the 340B Program Manager and other analysts with special projects as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • State licensure and national certification as a pharmacy technician with at least three years of pharmacy experience.
  • Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practices, billing processes, and healthcare electronic systems, including EMR and 340B TPA software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain company sponsored Apexus ACE 340B Certification after one year of employment.
