- Conduct comprehensive 340B Program compliance audits for our client hospitals, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Audit patient records in EHR to verify all 340B transactions meet 340B eligibility requirements.
- Generate and analyze data from 340B TPA software as part of the audit process.
- Review clients 340B policy and procedures to ensure client is able to meet all requirements of the 340B program.
- Prepare a detailed audit report on audit findings for clients.
- Present audit findings and documented audit report to clients via video conferencing.
- Answer all 340B related questions from clients as needed.
- Assist the 340B Program Manager and other analysts with special projects as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- State licensure and national certification as a pharmacy technician with at least three years of pharmacy experience.
- Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practices, billing processes, and healthcare electronic systems, including EMR and 340B TPA software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to obtain company sponsored Apexus ACE 340B Certification after one year of employment.
